Guidelines Platform Usage

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Para77 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other provided method — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions without exception.

Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition for using the para77 platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

Para77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via registered email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use para77 services, you must continuously meet all of the following requirements throughout your membership:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is permitted or not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and use financial services.
• Has never had an account closed or restricted by para77 previously due to a terms violation.
• Must not be an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of a Para77 employee or affiliated company.
• Register using your real identity — not a false, borrowed, or fabricated one.

Para77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to provide such proof within the specified period. User age will be verified during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, and para77 is not liable for any losses arising from false information provided by the user.

3Account Registration and Identity Verification

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) para77 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, registered email address, and valid phone number. Inaccurate or fabricated information is grounds for account closure without notice.

• The KYC (identity verification) process may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time upon para77's request.
• Accepted KYC documents include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of current address may be required in the form of a bank statement, utility bill, or official document dated within the last 3 months.
• KYC is typically completed within 24 business hours once complete and legible documents have been received.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Para77 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. Para77 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Para77 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods, including FPX (online banking), eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and direct bank transfers. All available payment methods will be displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• Deposits must be made using a financial account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10.00 or as set by your chosen payment method.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes, unless there is a delay from your bank or payment provider.
• Para77 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
• Any taxes, service charges, or fees imposed by the bank or eWallet provider are the member's responsibility.

All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any applicable foreign currency conversion is subject to the exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction.

5Fund Withdrawal

Para77 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. Successfully verified withdrawal requests will be processed and credited to your account within 15 minutes to 2 hours on business days, subject to all applicable conditions being met.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet in your own name that matches or is equivalent to the deposit method used.
• The minimum withdrawal requirement is MYR 30.00 or as specified by the selected method.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
• Para77 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional processing time for security review purposes.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds originating from fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

If your withdrawal has not been credited within the stated timeframe, please contact the Para77 support team with your transaction reference number. Para77 will investigate and provide an update within 24 business hours.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Para77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, and special offers tied to specific sporting events. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms as stated in the relevant promotion's conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Para77 reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Promotion abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or deliberate hedge betting (arbitrage) to meet rollover requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Para77 reserves the right to decline bonus applications from any individual without providing a reason.

7Betting, Games, and Outcomes

• All confirmed and accepted wagers are final and cannot be cancelled, except in the event of a technical error verified by para77.

• In the event a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, Para77 will apply the standard settlement rules applicable to the sport in question.

8Prohibited User Conduct

• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or functionality of any part of the para77 platform.
• Fraud, misconduct, or providing false information to para77 or other members.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or accepting bets from third parties through your account.
• Posting offensive, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content on any Para77 communication channel.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or the odds system by any means.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in games.

9Account Closure and Suspension

Para77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from legal authorities.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting the Para77 support team. Voluntary account closure is subject to the following conditions:

• All active bets will be settled according to the relevant betting terms before the account is closed.
• Eligible balances will be processed to your registered financial account within 5 business days.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Account data may be retained in accordance with applicable legal compliance requirements even after closure.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, Para77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account without compensation. Account closure decisions related to fraud are final.

10Para77's Limitation of Liability

Para77 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Para77 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming outcomes, including indirect or consequential losses.
• Para77 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without technical interruptions, though we make every effort to minimise downtime.
• Para77 is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as banking service disruptions, network issues, or natural disasters.
• Para77's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Privacy and Data Protection

Para77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all members. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the para77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

• Your personal information is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service improvement.
• Para77 will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law or court order.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions

• Amendment notices will be sent to your registered email and/or displayed as announcements on the para77 platform.
• Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
• If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.

13Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the para77 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the para77 support team.

• Para77 strives to resolve all member complaints fairly and promptly within 5 business days.
• If a resolution is not reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration mechanism.
• You agree that any legal claim against Para77 must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to such claim.
